Safety is an integral part of our success. Builders Plus’ field personnel are OSHA certified and most are certified by TCA (Tilt-up Contractors of America) and ACI (American Concrete Institute). We have an excellent safety record and a low EMR rating.

Green Building
“Greener” means cleaner—cleaner methods are used during construction, and green buildings use less energy after they’re occupied. Using less energy means lower bills for occupants. Green buildings are more sustainable and there is less waste in their maintenance. Green buildings are better for people and better for the environment.
Builders Plus uses LEED guidelines to give clients buildings that function more efficiently, at lower cost, and have less impact on the environment. Our Executive Staff includes a Green Advantage Certified Associate who understands green building best practices as they relate to costs, building functions, and the health and safety of both workers during construction and building occupants after. Builders Plus has built many Green buildings, including the Promenade at Coconut Creek, Boca Colonnade, Galaxy Elemenatary School and many more.
